AREAS OF BLACK ICE HAVE FORMED. UNTREATED ROADS WILL BE SLICK AND ICY. MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN TRAVELING THIS MORNING UNTIL TEMPERATURE WARM ABOVE FREEZING.
