LIGHT RAIN HAS MOVED THROUGH THE REGION EARLIER THIS MORNING. WITH TEMPERATURES AT OR JUST BELOW FREEZING... ESPECIALLY ACROSS INTERIOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT AND THE LOWER HUDSON VALLEY... AREAS OF BLACK ICE HAVE FORMED. UNTREATED ROADS WILL BE SLICK AND ICY. MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN TRAVELING THIS MORNING UNTIL TEMPERATURE WARM ABOVE FREEZING.
