SNOW… POSSIBLY MIXED WITH SLEET AT TIMES OVER EASTERN CONNECTICUT AND LONG ISLAND WILL DEVELOP SUNDAY EVENING. THE PRECIPITATION WILL CHANGE TO ALL SNOW MONDAY MORNING… AND BE HEAVY AT TIMES… BEFORE TAPERING OFF LATE MONDAY. THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR AT LEAST 8 INCHES OF SNOW ACROSS THE TRI-STATE BY THE TIME THE SNOW COMES TO AN END.

THERE IS STILL SOME UNCERTAINTY AS TO THE EXACT TIMING… STRENGTH… AND TRACK OF THIS LOW… SO EXPECT THE FORECAST TO CHANGE SOMEWHAT AS DETAILS BECOME CLEARER AS THE STORM DRAWS CLOSE.
